How Delivery Works

We’ve made delivery simple and stress-free, even if your address isn’t exact.

  1. Place your order
    Order directly on our website or via WhatsApp.
  2. We confirm with you
    We will contact you on WhatsApp or phone shortly after your order to confirm your location and delivery details.
  3. We arrange delivery
    Your order is prepared and scheduled with our delivery rider.
  4. Rider contacts you before arrival
    Our rider will call you to guide them if needed and ensure smooth delivery.

✔ No need for a perfect address
✔ Landmarks and area names are absolutely fine
✔ We personally ensure your order reaches you safely

Delivery Locations

We deliver:

  • Across Accra
  • Nationwide within Ghana
  • Internationally (selected countries)

International delivery is arranged by quotation and is not currently available through the standard website checkout. Please contact us on WhatsApp before ordering so we can obtain the current delivery cost from available carriers such as DHL or Ghana Post. Delivery prices and timeframes depend on the destination, package dimensions, weight and carrier availability. Customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees, where applicable, are the customer’s responsibility.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Accra: 1–3 business days
  • Outside Accra: 3–7 business days
  • International: An estimated delivery timeframe will be provided with your shipping quotation.

For made-to-order items, production time will be clearly stated on the product page.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Typical Accra deliveries range from GHS 25 – GHS 110, and you’ll see the exact cost before confirming your order.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Once your order is received:

  • We will confirm via WhatsApp or phone
  • Then arrange delivery with you directly

International Orders

International shipping is available to selected countries. International delivery is arranged by quotation and is not currently available through the standard website checkout.
