We deliver locally within Accra and across all regions of Ghana. For international deliveries, we currently ship to select countries. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us to discuss potential arrangements.

  • Local Deliveries (Within Accra): Orders are processed and delivered within 1-3 business days.
  • National Deliveries (Outside Accra): Orders are processed and delivered within 3-7 business days, depending on the location.
  • International Deliveries: Orders are typically delivered within 7-21 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processes.

3. Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are calculated based on the delivery location, size, and weight of the order. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

Free local delivery is available for orders over a certain amount (e.g., GHS 1000).

4. Order Processing:

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email with delivery information once your order has been dispatched.
  • Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are accurate at the time of ordering to avoid delays.
