  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. How to Return or Exchange an Item

  • Step 2: Once your return or exchange is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions.
  • Step 3: Pack the item securely, including a note with your RAN, and send it to our return address provided in the instructions. Please use a trackable shipping method (if appropriate), as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

4. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us to arrange the exchange. We will ship the replacement item once we have received and inspected the returned item.
  • If the item you want is out of stock, we will offer a store credit or a full refund.
