Where are you located?

We are an online-only store.

Our production is based in Accra, Ghana, and we operate from:

  • A storage location in Adenta
  • Our home studio in Adjiriganor (by appointment only)

We also regularly attend pop-up markets across Accra.

Pickup can be arranged from any of the above locations with prior notice.


Are your items in stock or made to order?

Most items listed on our website are in stock and ready for delivery.

Some of our pieces are made to order, especially larger items or custom designs.
If an item is made to order, this will be clearly stated on the product page along with the estimated production timeframe.


How long will it take to receive my order?

In-stock items:

  • Accra: 1–2 days after order confirmation
  • Outside Accra: 3–5 business days

Made to order items:

  • Production timelines vary (typically 2–4 weeks)
  • The estimated timeframe will always be stated on the product page
  • We will also confirm timing with you after your order is placed

How does delivery work in Accra?

Once your order is placed, we will contact you via WhatsApp or phone to:

  • Confirm your order
  • Arrange a suitable delivery day and time

This ensures a smooth and reliable delivery experience.


How much does shipping cost?

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout, so you will see the exact charge before completing your order.

Within Accra, delivery typically ranges from 25 cedis to 110 cedis, depending on your location and order size.


Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

Due to frequent changes in shipping rates, we recommend contacting us via WhatsApp to:

  • Discuss the best shipping option
  • Receive an accurate quote and delivery timeframe

We typically use couriers such as DHL, Aramex, and Ghana Post.


What payment methods are accepted?

We accept:

  • Mobile Money (MoMo)
  • Debit/Credit Cards

For local orders, you may also select MoMo on Delivery.

If you are collecting your order, cash payments can be arranged in advance via WhatsApp.


Do you offer payment on delivery?

Yes, within Accra only.

Payment is made via MoMo upon delivery.
Please have your phone ready to complete payment when your order arrives.


Can I pick up my order?

Yes, we offer pickup by prior arrangement.

You can collect from:

  • Adenta (storage location)
  • Selected markets we attend
  • Adjiriganor (home studio, by appointment only)

Please contact us via WhatsApp to arrange a suitable time and location.


Can I change or add to my order after placing it?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we’ll do our best to assist.

Please contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp.


Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include a photo so we can resolve the issue quickly.


How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a message with delivery details.

For international orders, you will also receive a tracking number and updates via email.


Are your products handmade?

Yes. All our baskets, toys and décor pieces are handmade by our team of skilled artisans in Ghana using sustainable materials and fair trade practices.


Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?

Yes, we welcome wholesale and bulk enquiries.
