What currency are prices listed in?

All prices on our website are listed in Ghana Cedis (GHS) for local orders. For international shoppers, currency will automatically convert based on your region at checkout.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Mobile Money (MoMo) and Debit/Credit Card payments at checkout.
For local orders, you may also select MoMo on Delivery.
If you’re collecting your order in person, cash payments are accepted but must be prearranged via WhatsApp.

Do you offer Payment on Delivery?

Yes. Payment on delivery is available via MoMo only within Accra.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery within Accra usually takes 1–2 days after order confirmation.
Deliveries outside Accra typically take 3–5 business days, depending on your location.
International Delivery should contact us for a quote and estimated delivery timeframe.

How much does shipping cost?

Delivery fees vary depending on your area and order size. Shipping cost is displayed at checkout before payment.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! We ship worldwide using trusted couriers such as DHL, Aramex and Ghana Post.
International delivery times and costs will vary by location so best to contact us for a quote and estimated delivery timeframe.

Can I pick up my order instead of delivery?

Yes, pickups are available by appointment only.
Please contact us via 0551000853 to schedule a collection time before arriving.

Can I change or add to my order after it’s placed?

If your order hasn’t yet been dispatched, we’ll do our best to assist.
Please contact us as soon as possible to request a change.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we can only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective.
If you experience an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include a photo so we can help resolve it quickly.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a message with your delivery details.
For international orders, you’ll also receive a tracking number and we will email you regularly with updates.

Are your products handmade?

Yes, all our baskets, toys and décor pieces are handmade by our very own team of skilled artisans in Ghana using sustainable materials and fair trade practices.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?

Yes, we welcome wholesale and bulk enquiries.

Where are you located?

Our production studio is based in Accra, Ghana.
We currently operate online only but offer pick-up by appointment from our home in Ashale Botwe.
